How
to shop
We've made browsing and shopping for prints at theRound-O.com
as simple as possible, and more importantly as we use
PayPal® to process our online payments
(an Ebay®
owned conpany) you can be assured we are 100% secure.
PayPal® accepts
a wide range of credit and debit cards including - Visa,
MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo, eCheck, American
Express and more.
Click on either the Print Shop or Enter Shop
buttons to browse through the print shop. Prints are
ordered as to their location round about the Arbroath
area. Special offers will be highlighted separately.
Click on any print you are interested in and we'll display
a page showing a larger image with more information. |
Adding
an item to your Shopping Cart
When you find a print or special offer you would like
to buy just click the Add to Cart button. You'll
be taken to the shopping cart summary page where you
can see what you have added. You can remove products,
amend quantities and return to browsing so you can continue
selecting prints adding them to your cart.
To view your cart at any stage just click on the View
Cart button. |
Buying
the goods
Once you are happy with your selection of prints, and
have checked your cart, to buy them click on the Checkout
button to link to the PayPal®
secure payment page to complete your order. Fill in
your postage and payment details. The address you give
must be the card billing address for PayPal®
to
confirm your card.
A confirmation page will be displayed once your order
has been successfully placed. Also, an email confirming
the order will be sent both to us and to the email address
you entered on the payment page. This email will confirm
all ordering details EXCEPT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
as this is sensitive information and should never be
sent by email. Card transactions are automatically
authorised in real-time by
PayPal®
meaning
we never need to see your card details.
Your credit card is then deducted by the total amount.
Your goods will be dispatched by an appropriate postal
service or courier. All orders are a priority for us,
but please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your goods
as most prints are produced to order. |
Paying
by post
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can post your order.
Print out our order form (located on the main Print
Shop page) and send it to us with a cheque or postal
order (made payable to dreambox). Please note that orders
can only be released when funds have cleared.
NOTE - If you are sending a cheque (or similar method
of payment) that is not in U.K. pounds sterling an additional
amount of £7 (approx. $10 USD) is required per
cheque to cover additional bank charges. |
Guarantee
At theRound-O.com we are so sure of the
quality of our prints that we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return them to us undamaged within 14 days for
a full refund. |

Policy
We value you as our customer and we respect your privacy.
We only collect customer information in order to process
your purchase and to communicate with you about any
new print releases, products or promotions. We do not
pass on your information to any third parties. |
